This exciting activity will test you and your colleague's teamwork skills through physically and mentally demanding tasks. Divided into teams, you'll compete in various challenges - expect riddles, puzzles and stimulating tasks that require active and efficient teamwork.

- For groups over 40 people you will require an additional event manager
- Activity can be run indoors and outdoors
- Open space required with a larger capacity than the group size

- Complete a series of exercises within teams led by their team host
- Build their teams F1 brand
- Build team strategies for different racing scenarios
- Pitch for and assign Team Principal & team roles
- Team practice sessions for different roles: drill mechanic, tyre changer and jack
- First pitstop challenge followed by a debrief and tweaks to team strategy
- Final timed pitstop challenge
