How do you operate and why should I book with Chillisauce?We are a full service events agency and create every aspect of your event from start to finish. Our activities are run by event specialists who have years of experience in creating and delivering bespoke Chillisauce packages. These packages are created and masterminded by us to bring expertise and full event management into every event we do.

What is included in our price?If you book with Chillisauce, you have an assigned Account Manager who will work to create the perfect bespoke package. Upon booking, you will be assigned your personal Project Manager who will liaise with all parties on your behalf to take the stress away and plan the perfect event for you! The price includes the activity, all equipment, insurance and a team of experts of to deliver everything for you from start to finish.

What would happen in the event of wet weather?We will always aim to continue the event where possible. However, we will touch base prior to the event and if the forecast is extreme, we will endeavour to find an indoor alternative where possible and subject to availability.

Do you have venues?We are a fully mobile agency and can bring the event to wherever you need. If you do not have a set location, we partner with thousands of venues across the UK and Europe to get the very best rates available and create the whole package for you at the very best price.

Can we change the numbers after booking?We advise to book for your minimum numbers and you can always increase numbers, subject to availability.

What if we want to move the date after booking?If you change the date at any time after booking, we will endeavour to find you an alternative, subject to availability.

Do we have to pay a deposit?Once booked, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25%. If the event is booked within 42 days of departure, we require the full amount for the event.

How can I pay?We accept BACS and all major credit card payments online or over the phone.

What are your cancellation terms?Number of days notification before the date your arrangements commence we are notified of the cancellation:

Over 3 months
25% of total cost of arrangements or minimum number price for the booking

60 – 90 days
75% of total cost of arrangements or minimum number price for the booking

28 – 60 days
90% of total cost of arrangements or minimum number price for the booking

0 – 28 days
100% of total cost of arrangements or minimum number price for the booking

Do you do events overseas?We plan events all over the world! We have specialists in the UK and European destinations to plan the perfect event or trip for you and your team.

What insurance do you have?£5m public liability insurance. We have risk assessments for every activity we provide for total peace of mind.
